My question involves a hypothetical traffic accident in the State of: Ohio
Vehicle A is in the right lane which is bumper-to-bumper at 5mph approaching a right turn.
Vehicle B is in the left lane passing all the bumper-to-bumper traffic looking for a place to cut in at the last moment.
Vehicle B spots a gap of about 3 car lengths, signals, and starts to change lane. Meanwhile, Vehicle A accelerates forward to intentionally block vehicle B out. Neither car backs down and there is a collision (rear passenger side fender of vehicle B hits the front driver side fender of vehicle A) while vehicel B is straddling the dotted line.
Vehicle A says; "I had right of way and had no duty to let him in."
Vehicle B says; "I had space to get in but he gunned it to stop me from merging."
Who is at fault?
