My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Kansas
I am a Gymnastics instructor on a military base and injured my self at work. I am 2 weeks post opp today and the Dr. has released me to return to light duty as of the 15th of this month. I am ancious to get back to work but my employer has infromed me that there is no light duty avaliable.
My question is, if I am not able to return to my normal duties and my employer has no light duty work for me, do I still qualify to continue to recieve my workmans comp payments?
