My question involves an eviction in the state of: Massachusetts
I have a tenant who has not paid rent for 3 months now, I know about the 14 day notice to pay rent or quit, but they violated numerous provisions of the lease. even if they pay rent we would like to get a summary process against them to get them out. but the 14 day notice does not mention breach of lease only paying past rent ? I'm looking for the correct form that would cover both
