    Default Out of State Order

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Wi.
My Ex took my kids out of state and went to court there and got custody but we still have an outstanding custody order from Ca. What do I do? this happen back in 2003 and I did nothing about it because I did not know I could stop it. Now I know but is it too late to change it? What do I do?

We don't know the jurisdictional background to your case, and five years have passed. So what you do now is bite the bullet and consult a lawyer. Take the documentation you have from the cases with you to your consultation.
