    Default Claiming a child on your taxes

    My son was listed as a run away in Sept 2005, since then he has been found but refuses to come home will I still be able to claim him on my taxes this year ? ....................any help ????

    Default yes you can

    As long as he was with you for more than 1/2 the year, you can claim him.
