Checking Account

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: NY
I am in the process of filling for Chapter 13. In my filling, I included a Washington Mutual Bank credit card and my overdraft limit from my Wamu checking account. Now, since Wamu belongs to Chase and I have my current checking account with Chase, should I change to another bank? Will Chase try to take the money out of my account or freeze my account since I have debt with WAMU and WAMU belongs to them now? Should I do it right away?

You need to speak with your attorney before you do anything. Moving money around might raise a red flag and you could have your filing denied or delayed.
