Default Doctrine of Equitable Estoppel
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Southern US

Can someone please explain to me the Doctrine of Equitable Estoppel? I have read several definitions on the subject and I still don't get it.

Default Re: Doctrine of Equitable Estoppel
You mean in the context of paternity cases? Where a husband is declined permission to dispute paternity? Or in some other context.
