    Default Conditional Discharge

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: ontario
    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ontario.

    i m 32 yrs old,and i was charged for criminal harrasment for 15 yrs girl, 2 yrs ago.( i was just following her ) i hired a student lawyer,and i got a 1 year conditional discharge.

    there is a one condition is abt firearm.i can not acquring or possessing firearm for 10 yrs..

    i have a firearm licence since 5 yrs.for hunting purpose.and i also have hunting linces,this is the only one hobby i have.its out family hobby,my brothe and father also have the licence,they go for hunting,but i cant go along with them.i really miss that.

    is that possible that i can apple for remove this condition and what is the procedures.
