Default Wrong Father Named
My question involves paternity law for the State of: colorado.
i have benn seperated form my husband for 2 years.and recently had a baby with my boyfriend. the nurse filled out the birthcertificate, because i cannot see well because of medical reasons. so my husbands name was put on the birth certificate instead of her fathers name. she is 2 months lod now is there anyway i can get his name off and my boyfriends name on it and how?

Because you are married, the law requires that your husband be listed as the legal father.

You will need to file to disestablish your husband as father, and then file to establish the bio father as the legal father.
