Nigerian Fraud through Yahoo Chat

roseline_williams at yahoo is telling her name as roseline williams and she is staying @ nigeria location lagos and hotel name is eagel

she is asking me to help her as her father expaires in a motor accedient and his work payment is pending 21 million USD

she is ready to pay 30% of the amount just for transfering funds to my account and she will collect it back after funds transfer and she is asking me to contact mr.elvis pattrik who is the laywer of her late father. after that she is daily comming to net and chatting with me she sent some photos also.

after some days laywer asked me to send my passport details and some papers for the payment transfer in the next day he asking me to call on his phone as some one started from there with packed cashbox so i have 2 collect that box in india and pay him the travellings of 5500USD. the same day that is today(29.dec.2005) i want to find roselines address in USA for that i tryed 2 search on her name then i found this web site and im realised what is happening with me.

i have the total chatting information and email collection with me even the laywer elvis pattirk phone number is with me. if u can find them to stop this kind of things happening i can help u and iam ready to give thair details for u.

I am not sure what law enforcement agencies in India investigate this type of fraud, but if I understand correctly that you gave these people money you should report your losses to the authorities. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that they will be able to recover money.
