Default Claim Against Parents
My question involves small claims court in the state of: Delaware
Recently I was kicked out of my house by my parents, I am still 17, and after I left I went to the bank, and all of the money that i had saved from working at my job was gone and transferred to my mom's personal account. I have all my paycheck stubs as proof that I made the money I did, I was wondering what the laws were about a minor filing a case like this, and if the case would be valid.

If it is a joint account, she has that right. You both signed your name on the account, you both assume control of it. Your parents kicked you because you are not behaving properly. They are giving you a taste of the real world and I would suggest you take a look around. Obviously by leaving you no money they want you to come home, but with a new attitude and ready to grow up and take responsibility of the things that you are doing or failing to do.
