Default Assault on a Police Officer While Drunk
I live in florida and i was walking last night in front of a precint and was heavily intoxicated with alcohol. A police officer saw me walking and pulled me over and asked me for I.D, i denied him I.D and i began cursing and saying everything i could possibly say to him negatively. Back up showed up and they threw me to the ground and took my I.D and the officer charged me with Aggrivated Assualt Aginst a police officer and Resisting Arrest without Violence. My question is what am i facing or what will they sentence me with? ( I never hit any of the officer only said i would.)

We don't know the charges, and we don't know your criminal history. You should consult a criminal defense lawyer.

Were you drunk walking when you were "pulled over"? Did you get towed to the impound?
