    Default Truck Accident

If your parents didn't file a police report, how about filing one now?

I am not sure what problem your parents are having with their insurance company. (Is this your house? Your parents' house? Both?) They should consider consulting a lawyer about bringing a negligence suit against the owner / driver of the truck.

Default property damage resulting from neighbor's negligence

Yes they filed a police report, also consulted with an attorney. I'd like to know what sort of compensation the should accept? Property damage, medical bills, loss of consortium, and pain and suffering. Is there more and what really is a fair amount the house is going to be put up for sale. They can't even feel comfortable anymore, my mom never sleeps she feels like it's going to happen again. Thanks for your help

    Default Truck Crashing Into House

Your parents' lawyer is the person in the best position to assess what damages might be claimed, and what would constitute a reasonable settlement.
