    Angry Residency

    hi i live in indiana i moved here from Wi in nov of 2007 my ex is trying to move back to wisconsin with my kids but i cant afford to move again are we consider wisconsin residents or indiana residens? we have been in indiana for the last eleven months plz any help i can get will be helpfull ty

    What exactly is your legal question and how does your residency play into it? Are you asking if it's legal for your ex to take the children to another state and that your divorce decree states otherwise?

    what im asking is about if we are consider indiana residents or wisconsin residents? and yes if its legal for her to move out of statei want to know where to file the restriction order to prevent her from moving
