Default Motion to Strike
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: georgia

What are some of the reasons to file a motion to strike an affidavit? Do I write up the motion as calling this hearsay? The affiant is using ca records to testify to the document however the supporting document does not support the statements made in the affidavit?

How would I write up the motion to strike affidavit? Can I even file a motion like this?

I've never seen the affidavit. I don't know what evidence you're talking about. I don't know anything about your case.

If you are trying to keep evidence out, and you don't think the proponent will be able to lay a proper foundation, file a motion in limine.

If all of this sounds like latin to you (and some of it is), ask yourself if it's time to hire a lawyer.
