Licenses Suspended in Pennsylvania, Want to Drive in New Jersey

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: NY I was driving thru Jersey n got pulled over for following to close. ncic stated that my license was suspended in Pensylvania(Ive never been there) as a result my rental car was impounded. How can i get this matter corrected? My licese shows valid in NY. How can this be?

Clearly someone made a mistake somewhere. Start by contacting the Pennsylvania DMV - it may be that someone with your name has a suspended license.

Unfortunately, it may also be that someone swiped your identity (name and SSN) to get a license in PA.

Regardless, you need to start with the Pennsylvania DMV.
