Default Cell Phone Company Giving Only Partial Phone Records

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Florida

Earlier this year my cell phone carrier listed incoming and outgoing calls on my phone bill. In mid April I discovered only my outgoing calls were showing. I called my carrier and asked why my incoming calls were not showing anymore and was told that someone called in to complain that his girlfriends number appeared on his bill and his wife found it. This person wanted his incoming calls hidden so the carrier now hides incoming calls for everyone. I personally have to have my incoming calls documented in order to be reimbursed from work. I was told by my carrier that I would have to subpoena my phone records to get the info. What is the process to subpoena my phone records and does this sound like it could become a class action lawsuit ?

Huh Pardon me if I sound a little (extremely) skeptical. Cell phone companies do NOT remove a service from everyone because someone 'called and complained' about a situation; I don't buy it.

He might be one of 3 subscribers if he has to subpoena to get his statement. I think you just need to go up the food chain. I also think you must have missed something along the way.

Nobody asked if you buy it.

What did your boss say when you explained the situation?
