My question involves paternity law for the State of: VIRGINIA

Is there a SOL for claiming paternity in VA?

Unless you are saying that you have been acting as daddy for quite some time, (perhaps married to the mother?) In that case, you may have a hard time absolving yourself of paternal obligations, even if a dna test shows you are not (biologically) the father.

Children need stability. (and they might need you.)

Good luck,
