Pre-Trial - What Happens?

My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA

Hi, my daughter is scheduled for a pretrial in a month. I was wondering would it be anything like the arraignment where there are other people in the room with her?

From my general knowledge of browsing through this forum, I came to the conclusion that my daughter, the DA, the Police office, her Public Defender and the LP will be discussing together. I was wondering if other people (Me) are allowed in the room?

With regards to plea negotiations; if your daughter is a minor, then yes. As far a court room proceedings, you will be allowed in the court room.
