My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: oregon

i recently got a speeding ticket and i noticed that my vehicles information was in correct. everything from the license plate number to the make, model, and year are wrong. my question is can i have my ticket thrown out and not have to pay it?

What about your name and driver's license - are they correct, or not? The key issue for the court is not what you were driving, but that you were the driver.
