Default Kicking Out My Daughter when She Turns 18
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Florida

I have a 17 year old daughter who won't listen to anything. She said she won't listen to someone who didn't even graduate in high-school. She has truancy and drug records. My question is: Can I just kick her out when she's 18. She's turning 18 come November. I heard that I have to file an eviction for that?

We she leave willingly? If so problem solved. If not then you will have to look at FL rental laws and follow process described there

If she won't leave willingly, you'll have to file an eviction. Your local court clerk's office will have an "eviction packet" of the forms. The last time I had to get one was about 5 years ago and the cost was very small.
