Default Getting Served in Michigan at Work
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Michigan


Can a server present me with lawsuit paperwork regarding unpaid credit card debt at my place of work?

Process servers usually try to serve people at home. When they cannot be found at home, or dodge service at home, they will serve them elsewhere, such as at work. There is no prohibition against your being served at work.
