Question Kentucky Assault
My question involves criminal law for the state of:Kentucky 3 individuals-perp "a" threatens perp "b" with a weapon and a threat of killing his pet if perp "b" doesn't help kill perp "c". I'm thinking it's Assault in the 1st degree for perp "b" or should it be Assault with extreme emotional disturbance? I don't think we could argue duress over a pet. HELP

Default Re: Kentucky Assault
If somebody is charged with murder or attempted murder, and is claiming duress or coercion, they need to be discussing this with their lawyer. If it's all just threats at this point, person B should make a police report.
