Default Who do you sue in a worker's compensation lawsuit
Who can you file suit against ? Woman's Comp. ? The comopany you work for ? or the company insurance ?

I was told in the State of Louisiana , that nobody can sue the employer , that they'd have to sue the insurance .... I am very confused , please explain

Default Workers' Compensation
It's a workers' compensation insurance claim, the claim is made against the employer's workers' compensation policy, if that's more clear.
