Default Credit card fraud
I have been notified that I am being charged with one count of credit card fraud. I am 30 and have never been arrested or convicted of a crime before. What can I expect? What kind of sentence will I recieve?

Default Credit Card Fraud
That's going to depend upon factors including the specific law under which you were charged, the amount stolen, and any potentially aggravating factors (such as how you obtained the credit card info.) You should consult a criminal defense lawyer.
