My question involves defamation in the state of: Louisiana,New Orleans.
I was with a girl for a year and half and realize now she set me up from the beginning. It started with her telling me her boss and her were seeing each before me but it stopped. She did not want me to tell her daughter because she had her suspicions. Her daughter got into our affairs via her mom. With only her(my ex) telling me over the entire time he was harassing her work and calling in the middle of the night. I lost my mind and the ability to communicate with her and now realize I should have walked long before I did. The problem is at the end I called her daughter's friend and told her that(my ex) was the lowest and she had something going on with her boss and I could not take it anymore, Then the daughter text me. I text back that her mom had lied to her and me about(his first name) and he could keep her. And I called and left a voice message on his phone stating I had cut all ties with my ex. I could not take it anymore and he could have her. Is this a strong case against me?
