    Default Getting a Passport with a Felony Bench Warrant

    My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of:Mississippi,I was wonder,could I get a passport if I have a bench warrant for my arrest for a felony of false pretense(writting a bad check),And if so will i be arrested when I try to live the u.s.?

    having a warrent won't preclude you from getting one. I don't suggest that you write a check to pay for it.
    will i be arrested when I try to live the u.s.?
    ??? my crystal ball is in the shop so I don't know when you'll be arrested, but sooner or later chances are you will be arrested for it.
