Drunk Driving Charges After An Accident

I recently got my second DUI after 5 years. This time was bad , I had a 2.8 (4 times over legal limit) and blacked out and hit a car from behind. The gentlemen in the car was injured but no blood just stiffness and complaining of back problems. this is my second DUI but first with accident. I CANT BELEIVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME AND I HAVE PLENTY OF REMORSE. I am not going to drink anymore and I have a court date in 3 months , however I was in jail for 4 days untill being bailed out by my parents.
I am going to AA meetings and taking courses and classes even before the judge will tell me too. I want to prove to the judge and myself I am quiting and will never have a sip of alcohol again.

What can I expect at my court date? prison time? jail time? years? months? days??? House arrest, fines??? Please help I am really worried my whole life and future could be hanging on this desicion....I HAVE LEARNED A LESSON REGARDLESS.

Do you know the specific statute you are charged with having violated?

No I don't what this is what is on my report so far untill my court date 2 months away.

-2nd DUI w/ accident
-due care (?)
-no nevada drivers license

For a second drunk driving conviction in Nevada, I understand that a minimum of ten days detention (which does not necessarily mean jail - it could be house arrest) is required, with a maximum of six months in jail. You may be able to avoid jail by entering a formal treatment program at your own expense - but you should consult a criminal defense lawyer if you wish to take that option so you can be sure that you pick a program that would qualify. Aggravating factors such as the fact that you weren't licensed, and the fact that you caused an accident, may affect the sentence. All in all, consulting a local criminal defense lawyer would probably be a good idea.
