Question Litigation Impasse
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida

Are there any other options than a motion to dismiss with prejudice to enforce discovery request from the plaintiff (production of documents - full account's history and answers to interrogatories) to admit or deny all allegations and avoid default Judgment ?
A motion to compel did not work effectively. I didn't get an order.
The plaintiff has filed for a protective order.
What is your opinion on this ?
Thanks.
