    Default Selfish Teenage Girl (MOM?)

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon
My son is 20 and his ex girlfriend is 17. They are no longer together but they have a two year old son who has primarily lived with my son. He has always taken care of everything for his son and has never been neglectful in any way to him. His girlfriend 's Father paid for her to file for custody of the baby and Oregon has mediation in cases for unmarried parents. If they can't agree and it goes to court, will the fact that he has always been there taking care of the baby factor in at all?? She is only giving him one weekend a month and father's day...no other visitation

The present parent is a possibility.

As long as your son has established paternity.
