me and my wife purchased a vehicle im cosigner she moved out can i go pick the vehicle up without informing her can she say it was stolen and if i get it at her new apartment am i trespassing since im not a resident.

Being a cosigner, of itself, gives you no right of possession. Are you on the title as an owner?

is goes as forth ....purchaser re##### WWWWW and re$$#$$$ jointly and severally purchaser has agrred to purchase from dealer . thats on the conditional deleviry agrrement and power of attorney form on the vehicle cash purchase aggreement it has buyer as here and me cobuyer
