Post Forms to Relinquish or Terminate Parental Rights
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Mississippi

Is it possible that I can obtain a form that my child's father can sign that will give up his paternal rights? Also I need to know exactly where I can get this from, I have tried looking for it myself on the net but have been very unlucky. I am not a negative person and any input, feedback is welcome. Thank You

There is no such form, unless you mean a form giving consent to step-parent adoption. What you propose otherwise requires a court order.
