Revoking Guardianship

My question involves guardianship in the State of: wisconsin. my brother T was awarded guardianship over my brother J . but now it seems that T is spending money that was dispersed to him as acting trustee for J . how do we revoke his guardianship ? and is there a way of telling if T signed J upf or disability as well ?

The award came through a court? Then you petition the court to modify its order and appoint a different guardian.
