My question involves paternity law for the State of: Texas

A friend who resides in a Asia, recently became pregnant by her Texas resident bf/fling. He denies paternity.

1. Can she force a paternity test on him while not a US resident or being in the US?

2. Say he does admit to being the father, can she claim child support across international lines?
