Default Separated, Wife Has Child by Another Man
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Arizona
My wife and I have been seperated for 3 years. We are currently in the process of getting a divorce. She has just had a child with another guy. He is currently refusing to sign the paternity papers establishing him as the father. If he doesn't sign will I automatically be listed as the father? Do I have any means to prevent this?

Yes, you are automatically the legal father, but you can contest the paternity. Talk to your lawyer about it.
