Default Is Filing Chapter 13 Without a Lawyer a Good Idea

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: New York. I am interested in filing a chapter 13 on my own. Is this advisable? Thanks.

Truthfully, not usually. Bankruptcy laws are rather complex & it is always best to get the help of a bk attorney.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
