My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon

My friend is currently in jail and is being represented by a public attorney...Which is no good in this case for what he is facing...He is facing Attempted Aggraveted Murder-Assault-1- and 2 counts of robbery in the 1st degree.....He has never been incarcerated only in juvy for minor things...He currently is 19 and facing these charges for being and accomplice...He supposebly has been given a deal for 120 months with no good time and all straight time..which would fall under a measure 11 guideline....Well his lawyer seems to take a easy way out...So which one of these would benefit my friends plea bargaining in his case...

Which one will help him...I also know if you help commit the crime you will pay the time..But its only his first offense as an accomplice....
