Default Breaking a Lease in New York State Due to Moving

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: New York
I am going to be moving from up-state NY to NYC and I am in a year lease. Is there in any law that states if you are moving for your job, there is a way to get out of a lease? I recently moved from CA and I know there is a law there that says if you move more than 90miles for your job, you are not held liable for the lease. Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

I do not believe this is just cause to termnate your lease early. At least not without penalty. Search this site for more answers
