Default Throwing Paper
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Fl
Is wadding up 5 sheets of paper in a ball and throwing it at someone in anger a crime?

Someone did it to me. I know it may seem petty but there may be other charges involved and its important for me to know if it is a crime. Thanks and certainly would appreciate anyones answer.

You are free to make a police report and see what happens. I somehow don't think the police would make the case a priority, but maybe there's something more to the (undescribed) other charges.
