What To Do About a Ticket After a Single Car Accident

Hi guys:

I had a car accident and got a traffic ticket in NC Durham. When I turn around near the airport road, I hit a tree near the road. There was a car driving in front of mine, and the car slowed down at the turn. However, I
failed to slow down instantly. Then in order not to hit the car, I adjusted the
direction of the car slightly. Beacause the trail is very narrow， I drove out of the road and hit that tree. Acctually the car is rented from Hertz with full
insurance and I was doing some on job traning here.

The court clerk said I should pay 170$ for this ticket. I want to plead not
guilty in the court. So can you give me some suggestion. I think the fine is so
large. I only did not very bad. Thank you very much!
