Arrest Warrants and Flying

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: WA.

I have two arrest warrants in the state of washington and i live in oregon now. the arrest warrants are for driving while suspended in the 1st degree. i was sentanced to 90 days jail because it is mandatory with this charge. i didnt go to do my jail time.

the warrants arent that old..6 months.. maybe less.

later this week i am flying from portland oregon to las vegas nevada and then to california.

am i going to be able to fly there? or will i be stopped.

You'll probably be able to fly without a problem. However, I lack psychic powers and thus can only give you the odds - if you choose not to take care of your warrants, you could be in for an unpleasant surprise sometime.

90 days?? Man you didn't have any representation at all??? I had a judge offer me that during arraignment once, but I told him nooo thank you and pled not guilty. Got my previous two settled with adjudication withheld so that was no longer a 3rd offense. Though it's still out there... if you've already been sentenced there's not much you can do. Staying away may risk jail but going back is certain. Fairly obvious decision. 49 states is still plenty of room.
