My question involves real estate located in the State of: Kentucky
I have a lease option contract with a home builder in KY, i have come to learn that 5 questions in the disclosure are incorrect. there is a major re-occurring soil issue, the property needs to be regraded, and the builder has admitted to both Realtors, and myself, i also have this in writing, i have asked for a refund of the earnest money i was denied, their was a clause that i looked over that says it i don't close for any reason i will forfeit my deposit. Can they do this? also at the time of the contract being signed i was a FL resident, and i still am. any help would be greatly appreciated!
