My question involves traffic court in the State of: San Francisco, California

Does anybody try Trial By Declaration before?

I mailed the payment and plea not guilty request for Trial By Declaration to the court about a month ago(before the payment due day).

I have not received anything from them? However, I checked my bank status and I know that they already take my money. It means that they should get the statement of request for Trial By De declaration too.

I don't want to wait, then I download the Trial By Declaration form online, and then I mailed it to the court.

here is my questions:
1.Usually, after I sent the request for Trial By declaration, How long I need to wait to receive a TR205 form.

2. Within how many days, I have to mailed the form backed?

3. after they received my Trial By Declaration, for how many days, I will hear results from the court?

4. Will they take my point off during the time I am flighting my tickets?

5. Currently, I got another ticket, will it affect the chance to win the first ticket.

According to this document, the clerk has up to 90 days from your due date to mail your decision from the court.

4. Will they take my point off during the time I am flighting my tickets?

The points, to the best of my understanding, are not assessed until after the court makes a decision on your ticket.
