Default Can your parents be a dependent?

My parents who are retired with no earned income, but do receive Social Security money live on our land in a mobile home that we provide for them. We pay their power bill, provide their water, pay insurance on the mobile home, and frequently feed them.

I would like to know if we can claim them as dependents? If we can then how? If we cannot please explain why.

    Default Taxes

Are they filing their own tax returns, claiming their own personal deductions?
