Default Paternity Testing Without the Wife's Knowledge
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Virginia

Is it legal for a husband to do paternity testing with out the wife's knowledge?

Default Re: Paternity Testing Without the Wife's Knowledge
The parent of a child can, excluding a court order stating otherwise, authorize a medical test for their child. This includes paternity testing.

In short, yes, it is legal for him to have the child tested.
