Question Wrong Father's Name on Birth Certificate
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Florida. On my birth certificate, my mother's exhusband, who is of no relation to me, is listed as my father. i am 25 years old and wish to correct my BC with the correct name of my paternal father. i was born in miami, fl. how would i go about doing this?
