    Default Moral Turpitude

I was refused last week at the London embassy, based on a crime of moral terpitude, back in 2004, I served 8 months of a 2 year sentence for a football related conspiracy, never in trouble before or since, I was 36 at the time.

Is there an appeal process I can go through or can anyone give advice about length of time required before reasonably applying again?

    Thanks in advance

What were you refused, exactly? A visitor's visa? Some other visa?

Or were you attempting to use the Visa Waiver Program?
