Default Assault
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

If you have a warrant out for your arrest, what are the statues of Limitations on it?

If you apply for a truck driving job can the company find out about the warrant for your arrest?

Default Re: Assault
The statute of limitations isn't running - and won't start running until an arrest is made. Warrants don't expire, so there's no magical "wait until" date - they are active until they are satisfied.

If an employer runs a background check, yes, they could discover the warrant.
