Default Wanting to Leave at 17
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: i want to kno if you can leave at 17 a month before turning 18. my friend is pregnant, she has a job, own place, would she be placed as a runaway? her mother is stressful. and she lives in Minnesota

She is only 1 month away from being an adult, surely she can withstand 30 days more before leaving legally?

The law does not say that she can leave when she's pretty close to 18.

It says she can leave when she's 18.

See the difference?
