My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Tennessee
I went to buy a car, we filled out all the paper work. While i was in the office I called my insurance agent to get the quote. Well once the paper work was complete I walked out of the office and to the front. My insurance agent called back and told me that the price he gave me was for 6 months not a year. So that doubled the price of insurance. So i went back to tell the finance that with this insurance price it is way more than i can afford. They told me that it is to late the deal is done. They said they already RDRed it. And once they do that there is nothing that can be done. I put no money down on the car, i dont have it insured. It is still sitting in the lot, and they still have the keys to it. But the paper work is complete. They are telling me that i am stuck with the car because it is RDRed. Well i called around to figure out what RDR means and they said it means something to do with registration and delivery. They keep calling telling me to come and pick up the car and get it insured. My question is, am i stuck with this car now?
Any bit of help is much needed.
